After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email acknowledgment of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and receipt of your order. Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgment of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If an item is not in stock at the time of processing your order, we will let you know as soon after the order has been placed as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

 

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS FOR GOODS AND RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them for exchange only.

If your order has already been dispatched, we can no longer cancel it but you can return it within 7 days of purchase. Please have a look at our Returns policy for details of how to return goods to us for exchange.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 7 days of receiving them. You should follow the procedure .

You can return any items to us, We advise you to send your item back via a recorded post service and get a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

We advise you to Complete and detach the returns note (with your order number) and enclose it, together with your returned items, inside the original packaging. Goods cannot be returned without this information.

The Buyer can only cancel the purchase in connection with a delay if the delay is substantial.

If customer wants to exchange their order, there is one time service available for exchange their parcel, If customer gets second time  exchange their order, Customer has liable to pay the second exchange  courier delivery charges.

 

 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods as required. Simply return the goods to us with a proof of purchase.
